Purchase & Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard or EFT only. EFT payments must be cleared prior to dispatch of any goods. Currency displayed is Australian Dollars (AUD).
Delivery & Handling Policy
Available orders are dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment unless stated otherwise. Processing of Overseas orders is commenced once payment has been cleared and duly authorized by Overseas Bank, which may take several days from date of payment. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates are estimates only and we are unable to guarantee time of delivery as we rely on delivery service providers to deliver the goods on time. Within Australia: Signature Required Delivery, Express Post or other Courier Services. Outside of Australia: By Secure Mail/Couriers Signature Required. Refer to Shipping Details. It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the incorrect address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. If your ordered time piece is not in stock, we will advise you of an estimated delivery time and we will back-order the item for you unless we are being advised by you in writing via e-mail that you wish to cancel the order.
Failure to Deliver
Undelivered items that are returned to us by our delivery service providers due to inability to deliver, will incur additional fees equivalent to the fees charged to us by the service provider. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive within the prescribed time. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge a trace with our delivery service providers to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Acceptance of your Order
Orders placed do not constitute a legal contract until we despatch the items. Acceptance of orders is subject to payment verification procedure and we reserve the right not to accept orders if payment does not meet our payment verification standards or we can not despatch the time piece due to factors beyond our control.
All timepieces are issued with a 24 Month International Warranty covered by the manufacturer.
Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
Returns: We gladly accept returns as follows: you need to advise us in writing of your wish to return the time piece within 7 days of receipt. The Time pieces must be in unused and in brand new condition, complete with manufacturer’s packaging or boxes, warranty cards and instruction booklets. Time pieces showing any sign of wear or use can not be returned. Faulty: If you receive a product that you believe is faulty we ask you to return it to us and we will, at our discretion, repair, replace or exchange the item. Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion, please write to us to advise us of the circumstances, upon acceptance by us we will then issue a refund. A re-stocking fee equivalent to 10% of the original purchase price may be deducted from the refund. Freight charges, special orders or discounted items are excluded from our return policy. We recommend insured & trackable mode of transport for return items.
In no event shall we, our suppliers, or any of our related entities, or any related entities of our suppliers, be liable for any loss or damage, incidental or consequential suffered or incurred arising out of or in connection with using our site or our services, however arisen, including negligence.
